🎭 LA Theatre and Creative Events: Oct 14 - 21

Thank you for subscribing to and reading Ensemble LA! It’s so exciting to see so many people reading and celebrating LA’s creative and scrappy theatre and creative scene each week.

Please share with anyone in LA, anyone in a show, anyone wanting to see shows, and anyone wanting to learn new creative skills. It helps it grow! ✨

Happy Monday! 🦊

I just got off a wonderful weekend at Play With Me, which has left me very inspired by the creativity, openness, and talent of the wonderful group of people that made this happen—in particular, Bridget Murray, who was wearing about ten hats the whole weekend. This was also the first staged reading I’ve been to (and been in), and it was really cool to see how fun and immersive they can be and what a wonderful tool they are for getting your work up on its feet!

There are a couple more staged readings happening this week along with the usual wonderful mix of comedy, magic, and mayhem. Enjoy!

P.S. Submit your own event for this newsletter by filling in this form or DM me on our Instagram page!
