Thank you for subscribing to and reading Ensemble LA! It’s so exciting to see so many people reading and celebrating LA’s creative and scrappy theatre and creative scene each week.
Please share with anyone in LA, anyone in a show, anyone wanting to see shows, and anyone wanting to learn new creative skills. It helps it grow! ✨
Happy Monday! 🦊
This week, I got to catch a replay of Andrew Scott’s Vanya on NT at Home. I loved it just as much the second time around as I did the first. I also watched People, Places and Things which I had mixed feelings about but I am glad to finally have seen such a popular show. Both performances are available to stream online now!
We also just finished up our second weekend of Richard 2! It was our first set of performances outdoors which was a really exciting challenge, especially in dealing with the elements (wind, different acoustics, and even some helicopters). It was a great pair of shows overall: and tickets are still available for next week!
So, with that, let's move on to all the other amazing shows and events you shouldn’t miss this week! There’s also a lot that’s still playing from last week!
P.S. If you want to submit your own event for this newsletter, fill in this form or DM me on our Instagram page!
