🎭 LA Theatre and Creative Events: Sep 10 - Sep 17

Thank you for subscribing to and reading Ensemble LA! It’s so exciting to see so many people reading and celebrating LA’s creative and scrappy theatre and creative scene each week.

Please share with anyone in LA, anyone in a show, anyone wanting to see shows, and anyone wanting to learn new creative skills.

Happy Monday! 🦊

This past week, I had the opportunity to take some photos of The Clown School’s Commedia 2 show! The show was hysterical and I had a great time behind the camera. If you’re producing a show and looking for a photographer, please reach out!

I also finally got to see my friend Josiah’s solo show, FLAYED. I have heard nothing but incredible things about this performance and I’m thrilled to say it absolutely lived up to those high expectations. It was funny, emotional, delightfully deranged, and poignant all in equal measure.

I felt so immersed in the world that Josiah created: even with only one performer and a simple set, I could so vividly see every setting and character. Make sure to catch it next time it’s on if you haven’t already!

So, with that, let's move on to all the amazing shows and events you shouldn’t miss this week! There’s SO much….

P.S. If you want to submit your own event for this newsletter, fill in this form or DM me on our Instagram page!
